Cognito sign-in
Sign in to the Conviction Scout app and admin surfaces.
Public pages stay open, but the app shell and admin desk require an authenticated Cognito session.
Session boundary
The sign-in flow uses Cognito when the environment is configured.

Sign in with Cognito to continue to /notifications.
